The AG Mega Cherry Tomato kit came with my Elite+ and wow! What a success! I planted it on December 18th and was eating tomatoes by the end of March. The tomatoes are a good size, small enough for salads but just large enough to be sliced. They really taste great, and I look forward to growing this kit again next year so that I will have fresh tomatoes during the winter.

The plants grew quickly. They were very healthy with sturdy stems. They stayed very compact, and I didn't even have to raise the lights all the way until after the first harvest. They were easy to care for, but did require watering every couple of days when the plants were full-size. Also, you should most definitely purchase the trellis system and extra reels. The plants did require quite a bit of extra support when full of tomatoes. The trellis system worked perfectly for this. In all I have picked just under 40 tomatoes and there are still 10 or so green ones and even some flowers on my plants on April 20th.

I would highly recommend this kit to anyone with the Elite-6+. I will definitely be growing it again.
