Herb Keeper Really Works

The herb keeper is great. Usually I gather the herbs put them in water in the refrigerator only to have them wilt or die in a couple of days. Not with the keeper. The basil I gathered has kept in the refrigerator (though the manual said to store on the counter) for over 2 weeks and it is as fresh as the day I gather it.

I will need several more of the keeper for gifts and for my other herbs.

For years people have been coming up with ways to 'save' your herbs and lettuces, etc. But until this came along, nothing really worked. This is a unique product that keeps my herbs (especially basil) fresh as the day it was picked. I leave it on the counter, as basil doesn't like the refrigerator. You can smell the basil all over the kitchen. Lovely.
