How lucky we are to have the extra nutrients to keep our salad greens growing for a longer and healthier season. I would have never imagined having home grown lettuce during the winter in Chicago...but the Aerogarden and extra nutrients make that possible all winter long!

It did not come in the package described in the catalog. Does it work ? Yes, it seems so, the greens continue to grow but I wonder if it might be cheaper to put together my own ingredients if I knew what were the contents of the tablets.

When the come in one package, air tends to soften the tablets and degrade their quality.

I recommend it because you do not have any other choice.

I live in a hot, humid part of the country and my tablets started to melt. Customer service suggested that I keep the nutrients in the refridgerator, and they are having fewer melting issues.

This product is helpful, particularly if you are using the master gardener kit.

I love having fresh lettuce and herbs ready whenever I need them. I probably would not fix some things because I wouldn't have herbs available, now I cook more knowing I have that little something "extra" to make meals fantastic!
